THE FREEDOM CARE SYSTEM

Stripping

Stripping can be a very harmful process. Strippers are powerful chemicals which can be extremely toxic to humans and to the environment. They also melt tile glue and destroy the look of many types of surfaces over time. FCS allows property managers to strip just once every two years, allowing floor surfaces to remain looking almost like new for 10 or even 15 years. The FCS stripping process involves the following quick and easy steps:

Three coats of Quantum Wax, with each coat drying in 20 minutes, for the entire surface.
One extra coat of Quantum Wax for high traffic or problematic areas.
One coat of UltraGlaze, with drying time of 7-15 minutes, for the entire surface.
One extra coat of UltraGlaze for high traffic or problematic areas.

Refinishing

FCS allows property managers to refinish heavy traffic areas just once every 4-6 weeks, and entire surfaces just once every 3-4 months --- either step by step or all in one night. The FCS refinishing process involves the following quick and easy steps:

Use EcoStrip to remove one or two coats of wax. Apply one coat of Quantum Wax (drying time 20 minutes) to the entire surface. If necessary, apply extra coat in high traffic or problematic areas.
Apply 1 coat of UltraGlaze as you would apply a wax (drying time 7-15 minutes). If necessary, apply extra coat in high traffic or problematic areas. Use high speed buffer as normal.
Apply ShinePlus to clean floors nightly. Just combine 2-3oz./gallon of water and apply with scrubber.
Twice weekly, apply UltraGlaze instead of ShinePlus. Just combine 4oz./gallon of water and apply with scrubber. This boost shine considerably without any extra labor or headache.

THE PRODUCTS

UltraGlaze

UltraGlaze is a new type of rubberized coating. Ten times stronger than the best wax, yet very flexible. Easy to apply, the same as wax. Drying time just 7-15 minutes.

Helps keep shine looking bright from morning to night.
Even heavy traffic areas look fresh at the end of the day.
Less scratches - even on heavy traffic areas.
Waterproof - no refinishing necessary after rain or spills.
Spots can be fixed easily.
Non-slippery, even when wet - coefficient of friction just 0.75.

EcoStrip

EcoStrip is a powerful yet neutral cleaner/degreaser. It does not destroy wax like a stripper, but rather extracts and pulls dirt from the wax - similarly to the action of bleach in the whitening of clothes, restoring the original shine of the wax. EcoStrip can be used in a scrubber with 8oz./gallon of water, or exactly like a stripper. Then apply wax as usual.

ShinePlus

UltraGlaze is 10 times harder than wax, but it is still possible to scratch it. After all, it is possible to scratch even stainless steel. Just buffing UltraGlaze with a soft pad will not remove all scratches. ShinePlus, acting as both a cleaner and a restorer, goes into scratches and crystallizes when the surface is buffed. Dries in 1/2 the time of other cleaning solutions, restoring shine to your surfaces during regular cleaning.

Quantum Wax

Quantum Wax is the hardest wax on the market, yet it is very easy to strip. 22% solids wax is used for regular finishing, while 27% solids wax is used for stripped floors - allowing property managers to apply less coats and save on time and labor costs. Drying time just 20 minutes.
