Milt Woods / GroProfit International

Milton Woods is a professional entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in sales maximization, resource development, and resource acquisition. He is a specialist in project implementation, turnaround/acquisition management, sales management, and product development for automotive, IT, chemical products, and agricultural ventures. Mr. Woods has been a key creative driver in the startup of 5 different enterprises: Applied Technology, The Indiana State University Technology Services Center, Basic Computer Literacy, Cost Recovery Systems, and Speedway Engine Development. He was also a guest lecturer at the University of Notre Dame Executive MBA Program's Entrepreneurship Symposium from 1997-2002. Mr. Woods currently works as the president of GroProfit International, a stategic and operational advisor to a several small- and medium-sized businesses in the US Great Lakes States area. Automotive

Key player in the growth of Speedway Engine Development, an engine builder for professional motorsports, into a US$ 5 million engine supplier to the Indy Racing League.

Negotiated US$ 1.2 million engine program with Andretti Green Racing, a professional motorsports team, for their entry into the Indy Racing League.

Lead engine control programmer for Speedway Engine Development's triple points championship with Buddy Lazier in 2000 and Sam Hornish Jr. 2001-2002 --- both winners of the legendary Indianapolis 500 mile race.

IT

University lecturer at Indiana State University, George Baldwin University, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, and Indiana Wesleyan College. Seminars focused on the business application of computers in the areas of network information exchange, online financial accounting, and computer training and education.

Responsible for bringing Speedway Engine Development's Microsoft Small Business Server online, including the initialization of Microsoft Exchange Server email, total server system administration, and all in-house personnel computer training and education.

Chemical Products

Extensive experience in the formulation of chemical specialty applications in the areas of ink, paint, coatings, microbiocides, nitroparaffin derivatives, cap sensitive explosives and gasoline additives.

Key player at Commercial Solvents Corporation, a leading producer of chemical solvent products, during their successful growth from a US$ 100 million independent company into a division of the US$ 1.2 billion International Mineral and Chemical, a multinational chemical products company. Headed up the product development group at the firm's R&D center. Responsible for evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities which contributed to substantial revenue growth.

Agriculture
Substantial involvement in the development of alternative fuels based on agricultural sources. Developed engine controllers to allow Indy Racing League to run ethanol as a primary race fuel. Also involved in the development of feed additives for cattle that enabled enhanced feed utilization and improved animal growth.
