Success Stories
Founded J. Ringer Custom Homes, an upper middle
price range custom residential builder, and grew the company to
annual revenues of $9 million.
Served
as interim president of Stellar Homes, one of
the largest tract builders in the Dallas area. Rescued the company
from distress and kept it in operation for nearly 4years.
Managed
Trinity Division of WABCO (construction equipment
distributor), including 4 cement plants, 3 terminals, 2 precast
and prestress operations, a concrete block plany, 75 ready mix
trucks, 2 rock quarries, and a number of sand and gravel plants.
Responsible for roughly 2,000 employees. Turned division around
from $1 million per month in losses to healthy profitability within
3 years. Created a proprietary tan cement used in the Dallas Fort
Worth airport terminal and a number of other stuctures.
Started
up Northeast Distribution Center for WABCO (construction
equipment distributor), including a parts warehouse, component
rebuild operation, equipment service facilities, a rental fleet,
two distributorships, and the Northeast regional sales force.
Made the operation profitable in record time.
Supervised
general managers of 8 construction equipment distributorships
for WABCO (construction equipment distributor),
achievng significant improvement in ROI torhough improvements
in asset management.
