The Accounting Services Group We provide complete monthly bookkeeping, accounting and tax services which are specifically designed for small businesses. We prepare monthly financial statements that consist of an income statement, accompanying performance graphs showing the last 24 months of sales activity and the most recent 12 month's profit margins, general ledger, check register and payroll records. We reconcile our client's business bank accounts, handle all of their monthly and quarterly tax preparation then use that information as the basis for any consultation we have with them during the course of their business year.

As we get closer to year end we use the information we've been preparing for our clients all year long to run projections of what we think their tax liability is going to be so they're not dealing with any big surprises on April 15th. Since we do the projections prior to the end of their business year, our clients still have the ability to take advantage of any business decisions that would improve their tax situation. Worst case is that our clients know several months ahead of time what they are going to owe so that they can prepare for it.

The year end work that we provide includes the preparation of an adjusted year end financial statement for the business, W-2's, 1099's and all payroll tax requirements. We also prepare both the business and personal tax returns.
